CFMOTO DRIVERS – EXPERIENCE AND IMPORTANT RESULTS IN GREECE

CRISTIAN RADU WINS STAGE 1 OF THE CFMOTO CUP

After the victory obtained in Saturday's race, #CristianRadu started in leading position of the CFMOTO Cup on Sunday, recording the best time in the warm-up, 1: 43.662, managing to overtake two pilots from the Supersport300 upper class.

As expected, his pace improved in the race and his best became 1: 40.285. Thus, he managed to get a victory in the second race, becoming the clear leader of the CFMOTO Cup for the current season. "Last year when I went to Junior Racing School, I had never ridden a motorcycle before. I learned to control it off the circuit and 2 days after that I had my first entry on the track. I felt in my element here at Serres and I'm looking forward to seeing you at the Navak stage. "

Fabian Cojocaru was the second fastest rider on the CFMOTO 300SR motorcycle, with a best of 1: 45.304. The young man from Bucharest is thus engaged in the fight for the title of the CFMOTO Cup for this year, especially considering that he is already familiar with the circuit from the next stage, in Serbia.

Ionut Purdea had a promising start to Sunday, managing to be the 3rd fastest driver on the starting grid of the Stock300 class again. The nervousness caused by the race spoke for itself. The 13-year-old junior from Dej failed to start at the green light. Considering his formidable course during this first weekend of competition, it is expected that by the end of the season we will see him even more involved in the fight for the title.

Gabriel Ismana managed to get the first podium of his career, finishing the race on the 3rd position, with a best of 1: 52.161. Gabriel didn’t keep up the pace that he used to have in 2021 trainings but he has a good chance of returning in a leading position starting with the next race.
